BIELENDA Beauty CEO Normalizing Cream + Toner in form of delicate moisturizing mist, acts as light cream and refreshing toner. Nourishes, mattifies and balances pH of the skin.

Its base is enriched by refreshing, nourishing orange water, while niacinamide fights against skin imperfections. Basil adaptogens stimulate immunity and restore skin balance. Zinc PCA has astringent and matting properties, and also accelerates skin regeneration.
