BIELENDA BLUE MATCHA Cream-toner, moisturizing and toning with super light, vegan formula.

Cream-Toner contains as much as 97% ingredients of natural origin (according to ISO 16128). It has natural, delicate blue color, which results from the use of blue matcha ingredient. Cream gives effect of moisturized, fresh and smooth skin - you can use it in the morning, under makeup and in the evening.

Active ingredients:

Blue Matcha - superfood that has beneficial effect on the skin, is natural antioxidant, supports skin regeneration, moisturizes and improves elasticity, soothes irritations.

Raspberry Seed Oil - moisturizes and smoothes.

Lemongrass - effectively refreshes and tones skin.
